Sometimes in the pursuit of science, we get to travel to really interesting places. These pictures are from my trip to Bocas del Toro, Panama in the fall of 2007. The project is still in progress, but broadly speaking it’s a study of sperm motility in bluehead wrasses (Thalassoma bifasciatum). Most of the pictures are from the time between dives, however – once I’m under, I’m too busy chasing fish to take photos.
